Ability to add Learning Tags to Sample CSV file
Change the Expiry Date Column to Learning Tags so that you can add multiple Users to a Learning Tag in the Upload File.

Within the Candidate CSV Mass Upload the ability to add a reference like 'Tag Group' would be of greater use than to add an expiry date. Yes this would be a tag for the candidate as it would be something that you could link to scheduling in future. I believe that this is under consideration.
