Ideas Portal: How can we improve Surpass?

Help! Surpass not opening

I’m taking the masters of wine exam in the morning and after downloading surpass, I’m unable to open the program. I am endlessly stuck on a window that says Checking for Updates to SecureClient. Please contact me immediately.
