Sometimes when SecureClient is launched it remains stuck on an update loop. The steps listed below can resolve this issue.
- Find the folder on your computer where you have installed SecureClient.
- Open the folder.
- Right click SecureClientInitialRun.
- Run as administrator.
SecureClient is then no longer stuck in the update loop.
If you follow the instructions in this article and you still encounter the issue with the update loop, then you may need to grant read/write permissions on the SecureClient folder. You can do this by logging in with a user with higher permissions.
