The SurpassDelivery tablet application is designed to be simple-to-use, innovative and reliable. However, if you do come across any error codes on your tablet device when using our application, the solutions provided aim to solve these quickly and easily. *The following table demonstrates the known error codes which may appear when using the SurpassDelivery tablet application including a description of the error and the solutions available. 
Error Code Description Solution
1 Invalid keycode, please check and try again. Check keycode and try again.
3 The scheduled exam window for this exam has expired. Please contact your invigilator for further assistance. The exam data is now stuck on the tablet. Manual extraction is required by BTL.
182 This exam has already been completed. None, the exam has been completed and cannot be reopened in delivery. 
185 This exam is currently in use. Please wait 1 minute and try again. Wait 1 minute.
997 (Uploading) Connection to the server could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again. Check your tablet's WiFi connection. If a connection is present, check if SecureAssess if available on your web browser.
998 (Downloading) Connection to the server could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again. Check your tablet's WiFi connection. If a connection is present, check if SecureAssess if available on your web browser.
1002 Could not open database. If this error code occurs, please contact BTL Service Desk.
1003 Could not create database. If this error code occurs, please contact BTL Service Desk.
**Known uncaught errors:

 Microphone privacy setting set to "0" on iPad cause error at:

 "com.btl.contentPlayer.components.audioRecorder::CAudioRecorderItem"
