Raw Data Extract

Surpass provides users with detailed reports on their assessments and this information can be exported as CSV files. However, in addition to this, Surpass also provides users with the option to extract raw data.

What is Raw Data?

Information is what we get when raw data has been processed and given context, and we can then use this information to gain knowledge of a particular situation. However, it can also be useful to have access to the data before it has been processed and is in its 'raw' form. This can be done in Surpass by selecting the 'Raw Data Extract' button from the 'Items Delivered' section of the 'Reporting' screen.

On choosing this option, you will be able to select which pieces of data you want to export to a CSV file. A list of available data is explained in the table below, and users can choose to export some, or all of this data.

Remember: Should a user wish Surpass to remember their selections for future exports, they can select the 'Make Default' button, and the system will remember which columns they chose to export for future exports. This setting is on a user-by-user basis.
