By default, the Analytical Data tab will display a list of all Subjects, across all Centres that your user account is associated with. By selecting the filter icon, the filter toolbar will be revealed where users can search for a specific subject by name, using the search field, filter by subjects delivered at a specific centre only, or that have been last sat during a specified timeframe, e.g. Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, etc.
Note: The ‘Last Sat’ filter includes options for ‘Last 7 Days’, ‘Last 30 Days’ and ‘Last 180 Days'. These options will reveal data for the last full 7 days/30 days etc. If these filter options are not suitable, a custom date range can be used. The filter icon will turn blue to indicate that a filter is being applied and the date range filter which is applied will be visible underneath the search box.Once you have located the subject that you want to view reporting data for, you can select the value in the Tests Taken, Test Forms, and Item Bank columns to drill down to the different reports.
Tests Taken: This will take you to the Operational Data tab where you can view a graph showing the volume of tests within your subject that have been taken at a specific centre or across all centres.
Test Forms: View data for all test forms within your subject. From here, click through to Tests Delivered to view details of candidate scripts and adjust grading scales, and Items Delivered to view item performance data for items that sit within the selected test form.
Item Bank: Select the value in this column to view item production data for all items within the selected subject.
If you want to view data on the volume of tests delivered, you can navigate directly to the Operational Data tab. Here, you can view the volume of tests delivered across all centres and subjects, or use the drop down menus at the top of the screen to view data for a specific centre or subject. By default, the graph will display a month-by-month break down of test volumes for the current year, but you can view data for previous years by using the drop-down menu on the right of the screen.
The Rescoring screens in Reporting allow users to eliminate the effects of bad or inaccurate items on the candidate's score for a particular test form. Items are edited in a Rescoring 'event', created by selecting a test form between a valid range of dates.
Once you have created a Rescoring event and have begun editing, items for this test form between these dates will be affected. Rescoring offers 4 main functionalities at the item level - the ability to change answers, award full marks, remove an item score, and revert all changes made.
